The Board of Trustees of the Professional Musicians, Local 47 and Employers’ Health & Welfare Fund (the “Fund”) is committed to providing the best health insurance delivery and cost platforms available to the Fund’s participants.

Your Eligibility
What’s Your Level?
Eligibility for enrollment in the Fund is based upon contributions the Fund receives on musicians’ behalf from Participating Employers. A Participating Employer is one that has entered into a Collective Bargaining Agreement which calls for contributions to come to the Fund.
A musician may qualify at one of three levels:
- $1,700+
LEVEL A
- $1,400-1,699
LEVEL B
- $700-1,399
LEVEL C
